McHenry Police responded about 3:45 a.m. Wednesday January 10, 2018 to an activated burglary alarm at Second Amendment Sports, 3705 W. Elm Street.
Police discovered the business had been burglarized, with no offender(s) on scene.
McHenry police reported nineteen handguns and four rifles, valued at about $21,000, were stolen.
Currently it is unknown whether police have reviewed any security video.
The McHenry Police Department is investigating the gun business burglary with the assistance of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF).

Second Amendment also provides classrooms and firearm safety classes including classes for Concealed Carry Licenses. Classes included certified instructors with fingerprinting machine for license approval.
