Wheeling Fire Department Ambulance 23’s crew discovered a mom and baby in a stroller that had just been hit by a vehicle, and lying in the east crosswalk crossing Hintz Road.

A mom, age 35, was hit by a car and very seriously injured. Her child, an infant of unknown age, was also hit and believed to be a Basic Life Support patient (BLS).
