Wheeling police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:00 PM Saturday to a report of deck on fire at a second floor condo unit at River Mill 724 River Walk Drive Wheeling, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a fire on a balcony. The fire was either at 724 River Walk or reported from 724 River Walk.
Wheeling Fire Department’s Battalion Chief 24 reported a fully involved deck fire at 7:02 p.m.
Fire command reported the fire is knocked and that companies were working overhaul by 7:25 p.m.
No known injuries the time of this report.
