Naperville police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:51 AM Monday to a report of a house fire at 1119 Daisy Lane Naperville, Il.
Fire command upgraded the fire response to a MABAS Box Alarm for two homes burning.
The burning homes involved a gas fed fire. Firefighters were assisted by gas utility workers in shutting off the natural gas supply.
Naperville fire command reported one home was still involved with fire, and a second exposure building was still involved with fire at 11:46 a.m. Firefighters were working on both homes with exterior attacks ongoing at 11:46 a.m.
Residential and commercial gas in Naperville is provided by Nicor Gas. Nicor arrived on the scene at 12:09 p.m.
