Rollover Semi-Trailer Truck Crash on SB Route 53 South of Euclid Ave, Rolling Meadows

Illinois State police and Rolling Meadows and Palatine firefighter/paramedics responded about 7:37 PM Monday to a report of a rollover truck crash with injuries at SB Route 53 and Euclid Ave Rolling Meadows, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a rollover semi-trailer truck crash with injuries.

A 9-1-1 caller reported no entrapment involved in the crash by 7:37 p.m.

Firefighter/paramedics discovered a flatbed semi-trailer truck rolled over with a load of large PVC pipes spilled in southbound lanes and northbound lanes. Initially it was unknown if any other vehicles were involved.

A northbound vehicle was possibly hit by PVC pipe from the spilled load of PVC pipe, but this was not confirmed.

A firefighter crew on arrival reported lane blockage on both sides of Route 53 by 7:41 p.m.

Three medical refusals by 7:51 p.m.
