Palatine Firefighters Commemorate 9/11 in Downtown Palatine

Palatine firefighters commemorated the 9/11 terror attacks this morning with a memorial service at the Palatine Firefighters Memorial at the corner of North Brockway and West Slade Streets in downtown Palatine at 9:00 a.m.

Palatine Fire Department members and retirees marched to the memorial site from Fire Station 85 at 39 E. Colfax Street and were accompanied by the Palatine Fire Department Honor Guard and the Palatine Police Department Honor Guard.
