Crash with Injuries, Ambulance Rollover at Dundee Rd and Arlington Heights Rd, Buffalo Grove

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 10:10 PM Friday to a report of a rollover crash involving a private ambulance with injuries at Dundee Road and Arlington Heights Road Buffalo Grove, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a with injuries involving an ambulance at the intersection. A private ambulance rolled over after impact.

One patient from the passenger car was transported to Northwest Community Hospital. Three medics in the ambulance were assessed and were medical refusals at the scene. No patient was on board the ambulance.

Elite Ambulance was involved in the crash.

Arlington Heights Road was blocked in both directions during rescue and cleanup.

A black passenger sedan was possibly traveling eastbound on Dundee Road when it hit the ambulance near the rear right wheel. The ambulance was apparently southbound on Arlington Heights Road and was spun around and rolled after the impact.
