Pyrotechnic Worker Hit By Fireworks Shell at Rolling Green Country Club on East Rand Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:30 PM Monday July 4, 2016 to a report of a fireworks injury at Rolling Green Country Club, 2525 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, Il. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report that a pyrotechnics staff member was hit by a fireworks shell and suffered a facial injury.

Ambulance 4’s crew rushed one patient to Level I Trauma Center Advocate Lutheran General Hospital with Squad 1’s crew accompanying the ambulance.

Medics departed the scene by about 9:43 pm.
