Hillary Clinton Reacts to Nice Attack: I Am Sick at Heart; Want’s an “Intelligence Surge”

Presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton talks to CNN’s Anderson Cooper about the deadly truck attack in Nice, France.

In response to Anderson Cooper’s statement that progress has been made by Iraq on the battlefield with ISIS, it seems like attacks in other countries are escalating, Hillary Clinton said, “Anderson, you’ve put your finger on part of the puzzle we have to undo.” She said that terrorists have an urgent desire to inflict terror attacks elsewhere — either directly or by radicalizing people online.

Hillary Clinton calling in on The O’Reilly Factor: We need intelligence surge to defeat terror.

Bill O’Reilly asked Clinton if she would support France President François Hollande’s previous call to invoke Article V of the NATO charter, which would declare on ISIS fanatics and other fanatics. Clinton answered that she has long called for NATO to modernize, and said here priority is to launch an intelligence surge. Clinton said there has been a reluctance from our friends in Europe to share information. She said European countries don’t even share information across their borders.
