Road Rage Incident Near Arlington Heights Rd and Algonquin Rd Reported to Arlington Heights Police Department

Arlington Heights police responded about 12:36 PM Monday to a report of a road rage incident at Arlington Heights Road and Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender exited his vehicle — a white Econoline Ford van — and threatened the victim in an apparent road rage incident. The offender hit the victim’s car with a fiberglass rod, which damaged the victim’s car.

The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the police report.

The crime is reported to have occurred on Monday, June 6, 2016 between 12:30 PM and 12:35 PM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 00:05 (hours: minutes).
