Streamwood police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:29 PM Monday to a report of a cellphone battery that exploded at Streamwood High School, 701 West Schaumburg Road Streamwood, IL. Police were on the scene first and requested that firefighters check the scene for safety.
No reported injuries.
