Arlington Heights police received a report about 10:01 AM Tuesday of a theft of a purse at Target, 1700 East Rand Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders took the victim’s white leather purse, valued at $35. The purse contained identification cards and medical cards.
Arlington Heights police did not specify whether the purse was stolen from a shopping cart or counter, etc.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday, March 1, 2016 between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 1:00 (hours: minutes).
