Tonight’s Sky October 2015

NIGHT SKY FOR OCT 2015 …

Backyard stargazers get a monthly guide to the northern hemisphere’s skywatching events with “Tonight’s Sky.” In October, view Saturn setting in the southwest sky just after sunset and before it sets. Constellations Pegasus and Andromeda. M31 is near Andromeda. M31 is the closest spiral galaxy to our Milky Way galaxy. The planets Mars, Venus and Jupiter rise in the pre-dawn sky. The three planets will line up close together on October 17, 2015.
