Duck Boat Crash into Tour Bus on Aurora Bridge in Seattle; Two Killed, 50 Injured

Officials say a 20-year-old woman has become the fifth person to die from a duck boat crash in Seattle. Also, the National Transportation Safety Board found the duck boat did not have an axle repair that was recommended in 2013.

UPDATE: The death toll of the Seattle duck boat and tour bus crash rose to five over the weekend when a 20-year-old female passenger died.

Seattle police and firefighter/paramedics responded to a crash involving a Duck Boat and Tour Bus on the Aurora Bridge Thursday late morning.

Two people are reported dead and up to 50 people injured as a result of the crash on the George Washington Memorial Bridge, commonly called the Aurora Bridge.
