Miami Fire-Rescue Fire Engine and Ambulance Crash at NW 12 St and 14 Ave, Miami

A Miami Fire-Rescue fire engine rolled on its side in a collision with a Miami Fire-Rescue ambulance Tuesday afternoon at Northwest 12th Avenue and 14th Street.

The ambulance had visible severe front-end damage and the fire engine was rolled on its driver’s side. At least one other passenger vehicle appeared to have front-end damage near the intersection.

Early report is that 12 people were transported area hospital(s).

Early report is that seven firefighters were transported to Jackson Health System’s Ryder Trauma Center at Jackson Memorial Hospital.

DEVELOPING: A fire truck and ambulance on separate assignments crashed at an intersection in Miami, Florida. Crews rushed seven firefighters to a nearby trauma center, according to local reports.
