Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:01 AM Sunday of criminal damage to vehicle in the block of 800 South Highland Avenue Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders criminally damaged the victim’s 2015 GMC Sierra by shattering the windshield with any unknown object. The vehicle was parked in a driveway overnight. No entry was made into the vehicle.
The cost to repair the damage was unknown at the time of the police report.
A similar crime occurred in approximately the same time frame about eight blocks south on Highland Avenue.
The crime is reported to have occurred between Saturday, May 9, 2015 at 11:00 PM and Sunday, May 10, 2015 at 06:00 AM. The elapsed time range including the time the crime could have occurred is 07:00 (hours: minutes).
