Woman Removed from Vehicle, Stabbed and Robbed Near Morton Grove, Glenview

Glenview and Morton Grove police responded about 9:24 PM Sunday to an armed robbery Glenview , IL. Police received a report that a man forced a woman out of her vehicle somewhere between Morton Grove and Glenview near the Golf train station and stabbed her with a knife. The offender followed the victim from the Walgreens on Dempster in Morton Grove. He forced her vehicle to stop — possibly near the Golf Metra Train Station.

Cash was taken.

The offender was described as a male/Indian, in his 20s, 5’6″ thin build, wearing a black hat, gray sweater and blue jeans. He was reported to be driving a black vehicle — possibly a black 4-door Buick.

The offender fled in an unknown direction with the knife. He is believed to be still armed with the knife.

At this time it is unknown where the woman received medical attention.
