* TIMING…THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING.

* WIND CHILL VALUES…25 BELOW TO 30 BELOW ZERO THROUGH THIS
MORNING…THEN IMPROVING ABOVE 20 BELOW BY MID TO LATE MORNING.

* IMPACTS…FROST BITE CAN OCCUR IN A MATTER OF MINUTES ON
EXPOSED SKIN. EXTENDED EXPOSURE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING WILL
INCREASE THE RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA.

* CONFIDENCE…IT IS POSSIBLE THAT A FEW LOCATIONS MAY SEE COLDER
THAN 30 BELOW WIND CHILL READINGS JUST BEFORE DAYBREAK FOR A
BRIEF TIME…BUT THE GENERAL AREA SHOULD EXPERIENCE 25 BELOW TO

ACCUMULATION.

* IMPACTS…FROST BITE CAN OCCUR IN A MATTER OF MINUTES ON EXPOSED
SKIN. EXTENDED EXPOSURE WITHOUT PROPER CLOTHING WILL INCREASE
THE RISK OF HYPOTHERMIA. SNOW AND BLOWING SNOW WILL RESULT IN
SNOW COVERED ROADS AND REDUCED VISIBILITIES FOR THE AFTERNOON
AND EVENING COMMUTE.
