Work Van Burglarized; $1300 in Tools Reported Taken on East Golf Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 9:01 AM Friday of a vehicle burglary in the block of 800 East Golf Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders forced entry into the victim’s 2000 white Ford Econoline E250 van. Reported taken were two cordless Makita saws valued at $100 each, two cordless Makita drills valued at $100 each, one blue Makita Sawzall valued at $100, three staple guns valued at $100 each, one framing gun valued at $300 and miscellaneous hand tools valued at $200.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Thursday, September 18, 2014 at 5:30 pm and Friday, September 19, 2014 at 9:00 am.
