Firefighters in Arlington Heights are “Filling Their Boots” For Muscular Dystrophy MDA Friday May 30

Arlington Heights Fire Department and Local #3105 will hit the streets to Fill their Boots on Friday, May 30th, 2014 to raise money for the Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA).

Firefighters will be asking for donations from 6:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. and again from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the following intersections:

Intersection of Palatine Road & Arlington Heights Road

Intersection of Northwest Highway & Arlington Heights Road

Local #3105 will have 101.9 The Morning Mix road crew out at our location from 7:00 a.m.-10:00 a.m. running a contest along with 102.3WXLC broadcasting from 2-4:30 p.m. with radio host Frank Wright.

Direct from the Chicago Blackhawks — a framed, autographed Patrick Kane Chicago Blackhawks jersey, which we will be displayed at the Palatine/Arlington Heights Road location. Raffle tickets will be sold at the Palatine/Arlington Heights Road location, and the Chicago Blackhawks jersey will be given away Friday night at a benefit at the HOME Bar in Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights.

Ted Peterson, the Fill the Boot coordinator for Local #3105, would like supporters to know that your donations go a long way in the fight against neuromuscular disease.
