The Arlington Heights Police Department has recently mailed a Citizen Survey to randomly selected residents and businesses. This survey can also be filled out online by clicking on the “Police Survey” button displayed on the far right column of the Home Page, or by following this link. The form requires the password that was mailed to each resident via US Mail.
To fill out the survey online, residents or business agents will be prompted to enter a passcode. This passcode is included in the Police Department’s letter that was mailed to a random sample of residents.
The police department has expressed that observations and comments are very important to the Police Department’s assessments and establishment of future community policing goals.
