Researchers from Northumbria University filmed 19 men, aged between 18 and 35. Using 3D camera technology as the men danced to music, researchers then plotted a dancing figure (a white avatar) on a blank background. Women were then asked to rate each volunteer’s dancing on a scale of one to 10.

According to 35 heterosexual woman that rated the moves and figures on a scale of one to ten, the attractive dancers made large and varied movements with their neck and trunk.
