Palatine police arrested a DUI driver 1:55 AM Wednesday near Hicks Road and Carpenter Drive Palatine, IL. A male driver was observed driving with improper lane usage before he was stopped.
Daniel A. Orellana, age 35 who resides in the 2000 west block of Algonquin Rd., Mt. Prospect IL was arrested DUI.
Charges for Daniel Orellana included DUI, DUI with BAC > .08, Improper Lane Usage, and Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle.
Police transported the driver, Daniel A. Orellana in custody to Palatine Police Department Headquarters. The driver’s vehicle was towed to a police holding area.
