Temperatures are expected rise across the zero mark at about 9:00 a.m. Thursday morning with a high of 6 degrees from about noon to 1:00 p.m. A Wind Chill high of -12 degrees is forecast for about 1:00 p.m. The Thursday/Friday overnight low is expected to hit -9 (-28 Wind Chill) at midnight through 2:00 a.m. Then a warmup is forecast for Friday with a high of 24 degrees.

Gusty winds from the northwest are forecast to range from 24 to 28 MPH most of the day Thursday until 4:00 p.m. Gusty winds are forecast to return on Friday — starting about 4:00 a.m. Wind gusts from the southwest are expected to peak at about 1:00 p.m. Friday at 45 mph.
