41-Vehicle Pile Up on Interstate 84 Near Boise, Idaho


VIDEO: More Than 40 Vehicle Idaho Pileup.

At least 10 people were reported injured in a pileup crash on Interstate 84 near Boise, Idaho early morning about 6:30 a.m. Thursday, Janurary 10, 2014. One man was extricated from his vehicle — a black Subaru. The crash also involved a logging truck and five semitruck tractor trailers.

1. Weather changing instantly (fog rolled in).

2. Already icy conditions on the roadway.

3. Speeding too fast for the conditions on the roadway, and maybe drivers not paying enough attention.
