Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 5:50 PM Wednesday to a report of a vehicle-pedestrian incident at Biesterfield Road and Arlington Heights Roads Elk Grove Village, IL. Police were on the scene with an injured pedestrian and called for paramedics.

Second rescue ambulance called to the scene for the driver of the vehicle.
A second accident involving a bus occurred during rescue operations from the first pedestrian incident. The bus was unoccupied and no other injuries were reported.
