ADVISORY…WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM CST THIS EVENING.

* VISIBILITY…LESS THAN A QUARTER MILE FALLING TO NEAR ZERO AT
TIMES…ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS ALONG LAKE MICHIGAN IN COOK COUNTY.

* IMPACTS…DENSE FOG WILL CONTINUE TODAY…WITH VISIBILITY
GRADUALLY IMPROVING BY LATE AFTERNOON.

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING…SLOW DOWN…
