Illinois State Police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 12:41 PM Monday to a report of a crash with injuries at I-90 and Arlington Heights Rd Arlington Heights. Police and firefighter/paramedics received a report of a crash on Interstate 90 over Arlington Heights Road.
Firefighter/paramedics found a jackknifed semi-trailer truck and at least one other vehicle in a crash — reporting no injuries.

A second crash also occurred in the westbound lanes closer to Elmhurst Road.
Elk Grove Township firefighter/paramedics also responded.
A third and fourth crash with injuries occurred at about 1:10 p.m. on westbound I-90. Firefighter/paramedics reported the crash involved five cars with cars on the outer should and near the median barrier wall. A few minutes later they report the “5-car crash” was a two-car crash and a three-car crash with multiple spin outs.
