Elk Grove Village police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 9:55 PM Tuesday to a report of crash with injuries at 42.003482,-88.02766 (Biesterfield and Route 53 Elk Grove Village, IL). Police were on the scene first, and called for paramedics to respond to a crash on or near the bridge of Biesterfield Road over Route 53/I-290.
Once ambulance responded to the scene, but eventually two additional ambulances responded with a battalion chief from Elk Grove Village. Crews reported three Advanced Life Support patients were being evaluated and treated at the scene.
