Satellite images show no clouds over northeast Illinois, but clouds are present over much of Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota and southeast and central Illinois. Some increase in clouds is expected this afternoon with clearing tonight. Temperatures are about 15 degrees below normal. A low of about 28 degrees is expected about 6:00 a.m. Thursday morning with a low wind chill of 19 degrees at the same time. The wind chill high for today is 38 degrees.
