Current weather radar [LIVE RADAR] shows storms heading southeast over eastern Lake Michigan and into southern Michigan. The radar is clear in northern Illinois. Severe weather stayed well north of the Illinois-Wisconsin state line overnight.

There is a slight chance of thunderstorms from this morning until about 3:00 p.m. The northwest suburbs are forecast to see the mid-80s from noon until about 7:00 p.m.
