Multiple Storage Lockers Burglarized at Public Storage on East Algonquin Rd, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police received a report about 6:01 PM Sunday of a commercial burglary at a public storage facility, 903 East Algonquin Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders burglarized a public storage unit. Unknown offender(s) defeated the lock and entered the storage locker and removed a Makita chop saw valued at $650, a Honda power washer valued at $750, a Porter Cable air compressor valued at $150, a Rigid wood planner valued at $500 and a generator valued at $750. Three other units were also burglarized, but the owner’s have not provided a list of missing property.

The crime is reported to have occurred between August 16, 2013 at 9:00 a.m. and August 18, 2013 at 6:00 p.m.
