Mount Prospect police responded about 6:55 AM Saturday and earlier in the morning to several reports of pranks involving traffic signs and barricades near Kensington Road and Fairview Avenue Mount Prospect, IL. Police received a report that multiple barricades along the Kensington Road construction project were placed in the middle of the street. Police also received reports that signs were placed in bushes at homes in the 600 block of North Fairview Avenue.
The criminal damage crimes are reported to have occurred sometime overnight.
