Arlington Heights police received a report about 8:31 PM Tuesday af an attempted commercial burglary at Hillside Auto, 1901 North Arlington Heights Road Arlington Heights, IL. Police received a report that an unknown offender or offenders attempted to pry open a second floor office door. There were wood shavings on the ground and scratch marks on the door frame and strike plate. Access to the building may have been made though an unsecured door.
The crime is reported to have occurred on Tuesday April 2, 2013 between 7:00 pm and 8:30 pm.
