Three-Legged Alligator on Fairway at Zurich Classic: “That’s Not an Alligator Golf Bag Is It?

VIDEO: Spectators and at least one marshal at the Zurich Classic were startled when an alligator, estimated to be about 12 feet, spent some of the afternoon sunning itself on the left side of the 12th fairway.

An alligator with one leg missing comes over to visit a marshal sitting on a golf cart at the Zurich Classic in Avondale, Louisiana.

The Zurich Classic of New Orleans is a regular golf tournament on the PGA Tour — played annually in New Orleans, Louisiana. Zurich Insurance Group is the main sponsor of the tournament.
