Buffalo Grove police responded about Wednesday theft from a vehicle in the 500 block of Cherbourg Drive. Police received a report that a resident returned home and pulled her car into the garage but left the garage door open and the car unlocked. When she returned to the car at a later time she found the passenger door slightly ajar and her purse was gone from the seat.
A black coach purse valued at $150, a black coach wallet valued at $50, a black iPhone 4 valued at $400, four credit cards, a drivers license, and a black Audi key FOB were reported missing.
