Arlington Heights police received a report about 2:09 PM Tuesday of an unlawful use of weapon in the 400 block of South Rammer Avenue. Police received a report that a resident heard a bang and discovered the front window shattered at the residence. The resident also found a pellet in the front yard outside, and reported that an older model Chevy Camaro with a washed out white paint job was seen speeding away from the house southbound on Rammer Avenue.
The vehicle was occupied by two people.
