Village of Arlington Heights Phones Out at John G. Woods Municipal Campus Village Hall

#ad▼

Village of Arlington Heights employees arrived at work to find that the phone system was down — out of service — at the John G. Woods Municipal Campus Village Hall. Telephone calls made to departments had a busy signal, and phone calls to the general number were answered with a message that the phone system is out of service.

The Arlington Heights website and email services are functioning normally.

The police, fire, rescue and paramedic 9-1-1 number is also functioning normally.

The Arlington Heights police are operating a cell phone at the police headquarters front desk to handle non-emergency police matters and some operational issues.
