Burglary Attempts? Suspicious Person Checked at Businesses Near Sigwalt and Evergreen, Arlington Heights

Arlington Heights police responded about 2:39 a.m. Tuesday to a report of a suspicious person near Evergreen Plaza near Evergreen Avenue and Sigwalt Street, and Dunton Avenue and Sigwalt Street. Police received a report that a man with a flashlight was checking doors of businesses in the area, and also appeared to attempted to climb a dumpster to get access to the roof. Police were on the scene within a minute, and investigated at least one man in the area. No word on any arrests.
