Schaumburg police received a report about 7:39 p.m. Tuesday of a burglary to vehicle in the parking lot of the Tilted Kilt, 1140 East Higgins Road. Police received a report that a red Jeep Wrangler was burglarized by and unknown offender or offenders that shattered a window. A laptop and a suitcase were reported stolen.
