The offending vehicle was described as an older model green Lincoln Town Car. The victim attempted to pass the Lincoln Town Car, but the driver of the Lincoln Town Car cut off the victim, then got out of his car and threw a bottle at the victim’s car. The Lincoln Town Car was last seen eastbound on Rand Road near Elmhurst Road.
Mount Prospect police were also searching for the offending vehicle.
