Maybe She “Had it Up to Here,” Woman Walks Into Retention Pond Depth to Her Neck

Buffalo Grove police and firefighter/paramedics responded about 11:15 a.m. Tuesday to a report of woman that walked into a retention pond at Barclay Boulevard at Corporate Grove Drive.

A security officer reported that a female subject exited the company and walked directly into a retention lake. The subject was in the water up to her neck. The security officer along with another employee were able to pull her out. The woman was transported to Northwest Community Hospital by Buffalo Grove firefighter/paramedics with an apparent high level of intoxication.
