The rest is up to the Arlington Heights Ford vehicle dealership on West Dundee Road. Arlington Heights Ford will make a $1 donation under your name (no cost to you) and match that with another $1 from Arlington Heights Ford. It will not cost Arlington Heights Ford Facebook fans anything and all the proceeds from Arlington Heights Ford will go to AHFD MDA. There is no ceiling into how much the charity can raise, so the more the better!

The AHFD MDA Boot Drive will be held this year on May 11th — a few weeks earlier than last year’s drive. We hope that everyone can come out and join us again. The Luciano Ortiz family (8yr old with MD) will be out there again along with Seth to help support the cause. Individuals and companies can also donate directly to IAFF Local 3105 — iafflocal3105.org/mda/. Look for the RED DONATE BUTTON on the web page.

The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) was formed in 1950
to combat neuromuscular diseases through …

1) basic and applied scientific investigation
2) local comprehensive programs of medical and support services, and
3) widespread professional and public health education.

Since 1954, Firefighters have stood by MDA in the fight against neuromuscular disease, striving to make a difference in the lives of those affected by muscular dystrophy and related diseases. There are 26 families in Arlington Heights alone, that rely on MDA services to assist their families.
