Buffalo Grove police received a report about 10:54 a.m. Monday of retail theft at Dominick’s, 450 West Half Day Road. Police received a report that a man stole Rogaine in the last 20 minutes. The suspect was described as a younger male/white, bald, and last seen in a brown vehicle heading southbound.
