Buffalo Grove police received a report of fraudulent activity involving a resident in the 1-100 block of Timber Hill Road.Buffalo Grove police received a report that a resident received confirmation emails from the bank advising of a change in contact information. Neither the resident nor his wife requested such a change. It was also noted that $9,000.00 had been transferred from the resident’s savings account to his checking account with a $2,200.00 withdrawal pending. The accounts have been closed.
