Buffalo Grove police received a report about 8 a.m. Monday, December 19, 2011, of a neighbor problem at a Cambridge on the Lake condo/apartment building on Lake Boulevard.
A resident reported that a neighbor forced the inner lobby door closed while she was trying to carry in her groceries. The neighbor then took the elevator to the fourth floor and held it, forcing the female victim to carry the groceries up the stairs to her apartment. The incident has been reported the management. The gender of the offender was not reported.
