Juveniles Put Hose in Window Well, Turn on Spigot at Home on North Ridge Ave

Arlington Heights police responded about 8:11 p.m. Sunday to a report of juvenile nuisance/criminal damage to property attempt in the 1500 block of North Ridge Avenue. Police received a report that a resident heard the outdoor spigot turn on. When the resident checked outside, four male/juveniles were seen running away from the house.

The offenders were described as about 15-years-old, wearing dark blue hooded sweatshirts and jeans. They were last seen running southbound on Ridge Avenue. When the resident checked the hose to the spigot, it was found that the hose was placed into a basement window well with the water running.
