Retail Theft: Man with Electronic Monitoring Ankle Bracelet Steals Flowers and Vase from Jewel/Osco Palatine

Palatine police responded about 7:35 p.m. Saturday to a theft at Jewel/Osco, 423 East Dundee Road. Police received a report that a male/Hispanic subject wearing a Cook County DCSI Electronic Monitoring ankle bracelet walked out of the store with flowers and a vase without paying. The suspect was also wearing a white, blue, and black striped shirt and blue jean short. The suspect was last seen walking through the Jewel side of the parking lot.
