Theft and Criminal Damage to Property at Dryden School and Park

Arlington Heights police received a report of criminal damage to property and theft at Dryden School and Park, 722 South Dryden.

An unknown offender or offenders entered an unlocked roofing construction truck and adjacent storage area and removed the following: four fire extinguishers (worth $175), one plastic light fixture (worth $100), two axes (worth $20) and two cans of pitch tar. The offender or offenders poured the pitch tar all over the parking lot and tennis courts causing an unknown amount of damage.

The crime is reported to have occurred between Friday night, July 29th, 2011 at Monday morning, August 1st, 2011.
