Arlington Heights police received a report about 12:30 p.m. Tuesday of a suspicious male approaching females in the parking lot in the 0-99 block of West Rand Road. Police received a report that a male/white in his late 30’s, balding, wearing a black jacket and blue jeans was approaching females and asking for money.
Panhandling at the location has been a sporadic, repeat problem at the location. Sometimes the offender has moved to a different shopping center in the area, and another complaint arises within 30 minutes.
